How about using 2 of Ritual/Fusion/Synchro as XYZ materials? It says "anywhere on the field", so those monsters being attached as materials are counted, I suppose
If you just want to summon it play againts an NPC that plays ritual deck. Use maybe red-eyes deck with lvl 4 warriors and pot a lvl2 or lvl1 tuner then add a lvl9 or lvl8 synchro monster in your extra deck. Hold on redeyes fusion until you summon the Xyz and sychro and wait for the NPC to ritual summon. With all this setup, this card should be in your hand. So yeah its hard but possible.
