In my opinion karma cut is better because it can disrupt you opponent's turn and wipe cards with pesky gy effects that are more and more common, also there are none now but it is just a matter of time until we get monsters protected against destruction/floaters again like how we had noble knights with 3 million equips or desperados
This card is good, get at least one copy if you can. It doesn't target and can wipe out an entire field of Blue eyes with Spirit dragon. Auto win against Blue eyes and many other decks if you go second and top decked it
