If you have Wetland and Paleo monsters on the field, Toon Barrel always use its effect to target Wetland first. Thats why we need another copy of Wetland as a backup. If you have Canadia, activate it immediately after Pegasus summons Toon Barrel so it cannot activate its effect. Toon Barrel has only 2200 DEF so your Paleo can deal with it
