"Declares an attack", isn't the same as "battling the monster", right? Practically a one-turn stall then, but worse than Etaqua because it does not changes battle position? Am I understanding this card properly as pure garbage, or I'm missing something?
Hmm. Must be Konami laying a bait for newbies. For the squeamish, one-time skim through the text will tell you "OMG SO OP IF OPPONENT HAS 2 MONSTERS INSTANT 1600 ATK DECREASE!"..then you noticed, it's not for damage phase, but only the declaration stage in battle phase. Konami y u so troll and mean to newbies. :p
I think the ATK decrease stays around, like Floodgate, monsters stay face-down, so this card will make them lose a big chunk of ATK as long as it's on the field? lawl
when you declare it's the start of the atk you dumbass.... how dumb are you? Then after you declare attack and use the trap, the attack still goes through because it's already declared, and ya, you're missing alot. You're missing a brain
I swear there were times were the game asks you "continue to attack?" if for some reason there's something that forced its way in-between the declare and battle phase
This is better than mirror wall in some regards because the attack decrease is permanent and potentially could lower more than mirror wall. However, mirror wall overall has more utility if say, you are attacked by a solo blue-eyes which would go to 1500 with mirror wall but still be at 2200 with disruption.
