Maybe he wanted to use Neos Fusion to send Arms and Legs to the GY and then add them back to the hand with Dark Factory of Mass Production. You do also get more ATK on Exodia Incarnate by sending the pieces to the GY directly from the Deck, but you have to Special Summon it before activating Neos Fusion.
Well, you can't send the pieces to the GY by Neos Fusion since it requires a Lv4 or lower effect monster+E. Neos. So that wouldn't work. If Dark Grepher was added, he can send the pieces to the GY

I wouldn't mind having Dark Grepher or Armageddon Knight in Duel Links.
It might be a bad combo for Neos & Exodia at least without Dark Grepher or Armageddon Knight & Exodia Incarnate. I hope they both come soon along with Kalin ace monster (Infernity Doom Dragon.) It's possible they may be in a box together
