Yeah, but you need a Level 2 Synchro Tuner for Shooting Star, since the other material is a Level 8, and Shooting Star is Level 10.

This. Can't use the Blackwing Synchro Tuners since all of them are higher than Level 2, unless you modify their level.

Which is too much hoop to go through to summon Shooting Star.

Oninaru can change level into 2 if you have lv 2 BW in GY then you can tune him woth stardust to summon it

The thing is, it's still not the "intended" way to summon Shooting Star. They won't put it into the game by promoting it to be used in a Blackwing deck instead of Yusei's deck.
