Not without Power Bond or Limiter Removal. If they give us CyDra and Twin Dragon, I guarantee you it'll be a tier 2-3 deck at best if it even makes it to the tier list lol
you can just throw cyber dragon in almost any deck because its a free 2100 atk beater. its a shame but i dont think we will see cyber dragon anytime soon, unless we get that skill that was leaked sometime ago
The Yugioh OCG/TCG World Championship 2018 winner, played a Trickstar deck that uses a few non-Trickstar cards to support the deck, one of them is Cyber Dragon.
It's a good splashable card in a 40 card deck, in a 20 card deck however, not so much.
CyDra would hurt the consistency of Vampires, Masked Heros, Koa'ki Meiru, Spellbooks, Control/Amazons, Blue-Eyes/Buster Blader, Fur Hire. It has no place in any of those decks.
The only thing CyDra would boost right now in DL are Hazy Flames, Karakuri and Monarch based decks and it's own archetype.
