DNA Surgery would allow you to turn all monsters into, say, Machine type. However, you could not summon multiple Relinquished even if they were machine-type, due to Relinquished being a ritual monster. This would work if you had a Labyrinth Wall on the field... I think 3 Laby Walls at the same time would be HILARIOUS. Especially with Sword and Shield. Easily disruprable, but hilarious.
It won't work with Relinquished cos its a ritual monster. It will work on a normal/effect monster(that can be special summoned normally) which got its type changed by something like DNA Surgery
