It's slightly worse than Cosmic Cyclone but still obviously a good card.
I'm not sure what cards are supposedly good for countering the meta out of this pack, though. Maybe you could count Masked HERO Vapor as kinda countering SSA? And the Paleozoics, Double Cyclone and Needle Ceiling are general utility cards. The rest is pretty much all deck-specific and not anti-meta.
