It makes sense for Leo and Luna have lines for the other's Signer Dragon.

While Yusei has lines for all of the Dragons, as he used them all during his duel against Z-One.

Not only they are siblings, but also, in one Tag Force game they accidentally have their deck, including their extra deck, swapped. So I'm not surprised they have the lines.

By the way, Luna dropping Wattfox is a reference to the same Tag Force game.
