Last update from me~ Well, it's official: I actually DO have my account back. YES, this process actually DID work... but so slowly that it feels like they initially made me miss the Pegasus event. :( Now, on to somehow getting back into my old account flow...& been got my KONAMI ID.

I also have a "common" name , what have you done for getting back your old ID ? They keep asking me my ID Number but none of the players in the search list is my old one :(

Anon: Yes, yes I did. & Atlas: put 'N/A' (Not available) or unknown then continue on giving them the remaining information & submit. They'll ask you more questions later.
