What I don't like is that I'm forced to use x character to play y deck, there's a whole world of difference in playability if you use the custom skill or not.
Like Onomat, with the skill is meta without it it's an unplayable brick

Gaia skill is extremely unbalance, imagine gravekeepers playing necrovalley from the deck, or triamid playing cruiser, or blu-eyes playing mausoleum, or u.a. playing stadium, all 100% turn 1 guaranteed. Your deck is not weak, is only missing a 100% core card turn 1 skill!

No, e heroes are bad, the only e hero that sees competitive play is neos and just because it's needed for neos fusion, a very good card that then supports other decks

As you can see e heroes barely qualify as support for something else let alone be good by themselves
