Although, with how bad it is, we might as well call it a Level 2.
Seriously, while it has 3000 ATK and piercing effect, it takes 3 SPECIFIC monsters and a Fusion spell to summon.
I might as well use Ancient Gear Golem instead, same 3000 ATK, same piercing effect, AND also prevents S/T activation during battle, not to mention being a lot easier to summon.
