The description is wrong, you need overall 6, but SHS deck is capable of summoning 6 easily in 1 duel.

However, I completed those missions. Turns out, that "in one duel" in the world mission is irrelevant.

Blue eyes deck. Just build It with synchro monsters that you can easily summon. Don't forget to use carda like: Monster Reborn in order to resummon your tuners. In addition you have to destroy your synchro right after you summoned them, so you can continue summoning others.
