Maha Vailo? Possibly. Yugi did say that Maha Vailo is the one he connects with the most.

Expect the Egyptian Gods soon. Mahad coming to Duel Links? Possibly. If he comes, you can also expect the Magician of Black Illusion animation.

Silent Swordsman LV7 soon...

Ishizu? She could possibly have a Gravekeeper's Visionary animation...

Kaiba needs more dialogue with his cards that he has used in the anime. For example: Swordstalker, La Jinn, Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon, and more.

Yami Yugi may have a Magician of Black Chaos animation soon.

Espa Roba will have a Jinzo animation, of course.

There are a few that have two animations that I have seen. Atem will announce just about any monster that he's used in the anime many times, but I've only seen his black luster soldier and dark magician. Plus I've seen blue Eyes and ultimate for seto gandora and silent magician lv 8 for yugi

Seto Kaiba has an animation for Blue Eyes White Dragon and Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon.

Mai also names Birdface.
Atem names Summoned Skull and Dark Magician Girl.
