It's hard to tell if we will get anything relevant from this event or not. Wiretap I could see going either way. I doubt he'll have any Synchros as Drops, but he might as Level rewards. (Though looking at the existing 5D's characters, that seems unlikely, too.) I guess we'll at least get Montage Dragon, which could be OK. Cards like Search Striker and Handcuffs Dragon are pretty obvious, but not terribly exciting. *shrug* I'm fine with him being a thing, just hope we get at least one of the Synchros, even if it's just Chaser.
If we get Goyo Guardian, that'll be relevant enough. Considering that a key card in his "Special Pursuit" deck is Goyo, I think we're guaranteed at least that.
From what I gathered, it seems Trudge's drops and level up rewards aren't all that bad. Assault Dog can give you a solid defence and easy access to the level 6 Goyos with Jutte, so he has that going on. Jutte also puts Monsters in Defense so you can run over them. Unfortunatelyill is a Drop skill (same with 70% of the cast lol). Not the worst first Gate event LD.
