So did Wall of Disruption, Flame Armor Ninja and Memory Loss, what's your point? We've had cards from all eras since the beginning. Wonder Balloons is an ARC-V card and we got it in Ultimate Rising.
A) You are incorrect, it is an Arc-V card, originating in The New Challengers and being used by Yuya... B) You could have legitimately caught a mistake of mine. Wall of Disruption is actually an Arc-V card, not a Zexal one.
Incidentally, Ultimate Rising alone has cards from every era up to and including Arc-V.
