Still so many great Original characters that should make an appearance, yet they just want to keep rotating the same events, something needs to be put in that really shakes it up, where people are like wow they should have put them in a year ago. Idk just my opinion. I love the GX characters just don't want the originals to be over-shadowed.
I was lowkey hoping for regular marik soon or god forbid, Bakura, but now that Yami is coming back, I don't see that happening for a long time if ever.
If anything, the GX characters are the ones getting neglected. We even have characters like Arkana (literally just showed up for one duel) and Mokuba (not even a real duelist) from DM, yet there are so many prominent GX characters that we don’t have yet. The original series isn’t getting overshadowed, it’s actually getting too much attention.
