He's also a Red Eyes user too...and even tho DSOD Jonouci/Joey exists, it doesn't rule out Atticus coming to DLs yet. There can be multiple Red Eyes focused characters in DLs.

Adding Atticus in by the time the Red Eyes Xyz monsters come in would be a good opportunity for Konami to add him in.
