Unluckily working only on FLIP effects but not on effects that activates like Yomi Ship etc.. A bit disappointed cause the description says "NEGATE EFFECTS DURING THE BATTLE PHASE"

negate effect during the battle phase, so i though for the duration of that battle phase the effect of the monster it battles should be negated, including in the graveyard.

this card negate the effect of Ancient gear and electro, but why it cannot negate the effect of Horus?

Horus lvl 6 unaffected by Spells no matter which phase you are in. Horus lvl 8 won't even let this card exist on the field.
