How you know they are from east anyway? Japanese players are better and it's a fact. Perhaps it's your fellow country ppl that lost to them got triggered and resolved to be a cheater and change country thus frame jap ppls at the same time. No ppl would be cheater and stick to own country flag.

How is it useful? A duel is a duel. Just knowing what country your opponent is from doesn't change anything. I still play my best and try to have a good time. And if someone cheats, I don't see how knowing where they are from can help you stop it. Stuff happens. The feature didn't change anything except offer up a little free gold for each new country an opponent is from. And I don't need gold.
I quit ranking for more than 3 months now. I have been enjoying the game ever since I quit. So stressful at rank when there is alot bad hand, people who delay,hacker and sick tired to catch up with current meta deck.
