i have been trying to install duel links on my computer via bluestacks but when i data transfer and download starts and after the download is done it again start downloading data pls help it stucks in a loop and wont allow me to open my game in computer

I'm not sure whether this will work for you but when you are downloading the data on pc don't play duel links on your phone.

I have the same problem too on my Android phone. time I redownload all the data files the game doesn't initiate but goes to the beginning to redownload again in an infinite data download loop

Yeah go to computer c drive and delete system32 folder. Thats preventing you from installing it properly
