Can someone please explain to me how this works? If you have to send a monster equal to the ritual monsters level, but the ritual monsters effect says u cant ritual summon it with the same level, how do I use it?

You can send Lv12 monster from your Extra Deck to summon Lv5 and Lv7 Nekroz from your hand

But then how do I get out the level 8 and 10 ritual monsters?

You can't. Wait until Konami release another Nekroz cards. What we get from the new box is just the mediocre version of Nekroz.

Sorry I forgot about Gishki Shadow

Gishki Shadow can be used as the entire material for Nekroz ritual. But its second effect is only good for Gishki deck
