The way it works for people who don't know is: 1 UR or SR is guaranteed to be at the bottom. So you can get all the UR/SR within the first 40 packs and if 1 is left it will always be the very last pack.
Otherwise you would have the rest of the box with no SR or UR to open. So keep this fact in mind when opening packs.
