Well, you just bounche him back to hand and they run out of resourses. But how often do you have this problem?? Harpies usually win by turn 2.

Since they chain block it with thunder dragon negating it's effect is useless. Have you tried using hand trap to delay their OTK and proceed to the next turn? Unless you had D hero plasma on the field or similar card on the beforehand, delay its OTK

If you need more than 2 turns to win with harpies, you do something really wrong.

Well, no book of moon means that thunder dragons will just free xyz. Book of moon basically locks their field.
