Actually there was a time when may players are so pissed off that they nerfed the RESTART skill. Apparently, CA and Sylvan users are the notorious restarters, and they complained because most claim that that 40 seconds is too constricting to decide whether to use skill.It's pretty common because Restart users usually take a minute or two to decide so Konami has to nerf the time.
Nope. Konami didn't nerf restart because of the timer issue. They nerf it because it's one of the most used skills. And they say they did it as well as other changes to "promote deck diversity".
That's what I'm saying, Ca and sylvan players take 2 min or more to decide whether to use the skill because they have such a calculating mind, and they're so awesome.
