I love this pack. Definitely the best value for what you get. All the cards are staples. Work well in any deck and generally the best combination of cards from any pack (since it picks out the better ones from all the older packs). There is always a guaranteed SR or UR meaning that you're not "wasting" your purchases. For that same reason, it's also the best if you decide to do in app purchases.
To be fair, the guaranteed SR/UR isn't AS good a deal as you'd first think. These things cost the same as 4 regular packs. Assuming a fresh main box, you have around a 1/6 chance of pulling a SR/UR per pack, so you've got something like a 2/3 shot. There's also more holos in this set than in a regular booster. So it's still a cool perk, but not as good as it is at first glance.
Indeed, I was only talking about the SR/UR cards. Especially considering that none of the Rares or Commons are new, and thus most people have sets of the majority of them.
