Since you already spent money and bought two you should definitely buy the last one too mate it doesn't really makes sense to spend money for an incomplete deck
Or...we can just wait for that anniversary ticket once more :p .Got silent swordman and silent magician from that ticket, which is technically impossible for f2p.
