A Meta isn't always anti-diverse. The real issue is that Duel Links (and Yu-Gi-Oh as whole) is poorly balanced. Even when the banlist fixes one issue, Konami eventually brings out a broken skill or box/minibox and new problems arrive.

Try dueling 100 times. Probably you will duel them 70-80 times.

Unbanning all cards would be so worse that Duel Links would be practically unplayable. The banlist, like it or not, exists for a good reason.
