I stopped playing the game in November. Then I started again in March but since the long update of the game I sometimes don't see certain cards (almost every card from Abyss Encounters) and now even Syrus doesn't show up on my screen. Any advice? Would be really appreciated!

try redownloading the data, it seems you have a corrupted download somewhere.

Redownload data, not redownload game.

Also, just in case, you better tie your data to your Konami ID first.
