Go ask anyone who grew up with yugioh and not only will they not know what xyz monsters are but they will also most likely hate(or at least not be too keen on them)not only that but most xyz monsters are so broken it's not even fun(eg:s39 the lightning,castel,101 silent honour I could lost more but it hardly seems worth it)

xyz monsters don't have to break the game if they come out.
There's plenty of mediocre xyz monsters that wouldn't make much of an impact into the game if they were released.
The game developers are obviously taking great care in controlling what cards are added to the game or not. Look at fusion, theres loads of fusion monsters that could 'break' the game if they were released like starve venom

The number of broken xyz monsters are higher in number than fusions,but you are right there are balanced xyz monsters(Eg:downerd magician,blackship,photon papilloperative etc)

no. xyz would be broken regardless of how op the actual monsters were. just think about what would happen if they added RITUAL monsters to this game. or even worse EFFECT MONSTERS???? jesus christ im having a breakdown just thinking about it. besides this game is p2w as 🔥. just look at the naturia decks. how am i expected to build those????
