Leveling Mako is probably irrelevant. None of his level rewards are relevant to the SSA deck, aside from maybe the Mythic Depths skill, which he gets at a whopping Level 4. I guess some might use Fish Depth Charge, but it seems rare. Honestly, there isn't a "right" answer. Look at the Level 35-40 rewards for each character and pick one you think is worthwhile.
Oh, just don't pick Chazz. Poor, poor Chazz got shafted super, super hard on his later rewards, lol. The fact the terrible Spirit of the Breeze is the HIGHLIGHT of his rewards past 25 is depressing.
And I picked Chazz first cause I was hyped to find out that Ojamas were in the game after being away for so long >.> Don't know why though....I guess I like unconventional decks/cards
