Too situational. It's only useful against Toon decks, and not even that great anyways. You're better off using something like Storm + Wild Tornado to get rid of TKingdom.

I would say Storm or Twister since Wild Tornado only targets the Spell/Trap Zone and not the Field Spell Card Zone at all.

Destroying wild tornado face down with storm you can target toon kingdom twice. So even with magic reflector toon kingdom get destroyed.
