Talk about worthless cards. Can only be summoned with Senior Silver Ninja or Ninjitsu Art of Transformation, has a horrible effect that needs you to minus hard to use it and if the opponent gets rid of it all your setup is for nothing since the monster comes back and it's special summoned, meaning it triggers stuff.
If it was for me I would give it a 1.0/10 score.
Yeah but tribute summoning it is nonsensical on a Ninja deck (the only deck you would be using it). And while its effect is situationally useful, it's still one hell of an awful effect. When the best use out of a supposed "control"/"stun" effect is to use it to try and OTK you know the effect is pure fail.
LMAO this card is so secretly broken. I just dueled someone who used the effect to attack with it 5 times in one turn at 2800 ATK. I cant lie im kind of jealous but seriously...
