Will the legendary dragons timaus,critas and hermos be added to duel links ever its really great cards and complemntry with Legendary duelists yugi,kaiba and joey?
Having voice lines isn't an indication they'll actually be included. There's quite a few cards with voice lines that will obviously never be in Duel Links. (Crystal Abundance and Scapegoat, for example. And a TON of anime-exclusive cards.)
