Thats total bull 🔥 its not THAT good! It has many disadvantages like it cannot effect cards which activate effect on field. So thats not gonna be a staple for long or forever

They put this card in not because it's gonna be meta, but to ensure Sylvan is even more dead.

Its job in DL is not to go meta, but to further restrain Sylvan decks. If this card ends up a meta staple, that's just a bonus.

it negates Silent Magicians effect to summon LV8 after destroyed, it also negates TRICKY summoned from hand

Won't negate The Tricky, as it Special Summons itself, rather than activates an effect (eg Citadel Whale).
