Assuming no change to his deck, Cloudian Ra should work. He has no monster or backrow that would ruin Cloudian, aside from Dust Tornado destroying the Sanctuary maybe, but Cloudian Ra runs multiple copies of Sanctuary anyway, and Trudge can't really OTK you like Yami Yugi.

Security Orb can destroy one of your monster when it is destroyed by Acid Cloud, so make sure you already control at least 2 monsters before you start destroying his backrow.

Isn't Jutte Fighter an issue for cloudians as they self destruct when changed to face-up defense position?

Similar to Security Orb, it only destroy 1 monster. So just ensure you already have another one. Besides, Trudge usually doesn't keep Jutte Fighter on the field for long, he usually immediately use it for a Synchro Summon.

Personally, I think if you want to use Ra, try using Aromage Ra.

For his backrow, just include anti-backrow cards like Galaxy Cyclone and Cosmic Cyclone.

Ojama Vassal also works I think, Trudge's traps don't really mean anything if he control no monster.

Ojama Vassal needs to be careful with Security Orb though, they have to Cosmic Cyclone it or negate it, otherwise the farming will be ruined.

Cloudian Ra can avoid Security Orb and Jutte Fighter if you have Divine Punishment prepared for them.

As a bonus, Divine Punishment then destroys Jutte Fighter preventing Trudge from making a Synchro Summon.
