Psychic shockwave does not work.
It was down on the field already for a turn.

I cant activate psychic shockwave.
Its bugged unless only normal trap/spells can be discarded and not counter trap/quickplay spells.
But counnter trap quickplay spells should work too as it doesnt say normal trap/normal spells.
Anyone managed to use psychic shockwave?

That explains it. It isn't a bug. Psychic Shockwave cannot be activated in response to Rising Energy because that trap probably was activated during the damage step. Only cards that change ATK or DEF can be activated at that time, and Psychic Shockwave isn't one of them. Psychic Shockwave also cannot be activated in response to Gemini counter because only Counter Traps can respond to Counter Traps
That option still does not override the game's ruling, though.
Even with that option activated, you still can't activate Psychic Shockwave during Damage Step, because that option is NOT for what you think it is for.
...Most Traps in Duel Links aren't even activated in the Damage Step, though. Final Battle's about the only one that typically is, and even then, only like half the time.
Also, a card doesn't need to be super-amazing to be in the game. DL has many much, much worse cards than Shockwave, even if it also has many better cards.
