Why do that? Some people will still play Duel Links and even if not, it's senseless to change the site when the owners can make a new one instead or at least have MD and DL together.

I didn't say it was always senseless in general to rebrand the site. I'm saying that Duel Links is not going to die yet just because Master Duel is coming out, so it's would senseless to change the site from DL to Master Duel around (and shortly after) the time the latter releases.

You're comparing 2 different games (and one of which has a different duel format from Duel Links). My point still stands.

Certainly so that's the whole point. Duel generations players thought their game wouldn't have to close since they were totally different formats, one shouldn't take players from the other, both can co exist............or so they thought and I agreed with them, it had sense but look what happened at the end.

Now you sound like them but now DL is on the other side of this.

Duel Generation had Master Rules while Duel Links doesn't. I'm not saying that DL will never die, but it's not going to so soon unless Konami opens another app or add a game mode to a different app that allows speed duels.

Duel Links will probably keep going for 2 years. Maybe 3. I guess they'll release Arc-V and VRAINS world and maybe a filler world but not SEVENS because the Anime uses a different format and we might get some more SEVENS games anyway.
