How do you farm that much, how do you obtain so many medals, its 120 per duel

It's only 40 GX Medals per duel. 40 Medals (No Multi) farm for 8000 Assessment, 80 Medals (Multi x2) farm for 4000 Assessment, 120 Medals (Multi x3) farm for 3000 Assessment. Multipliers still respect the 8000 Assessment Reward limit.

...No. Why would you think it did? It works the same way as the Standard Duelist multiplier.
