Neos Fusion is an extremely powerful fusion spell for this deck, so I don't know how you can say this deck will suck considering you can easily fuse powerful Neos fusions using materials from the deck, on top of getting the protection effect of the spell in the grave. Having said that, effectiveness will probably require drawing and having 3x copies of Neos Fusion.
Neos Fusion is good, but what's monster that you want to summon? Our current Neos fusion monster aren't that good, Dark & Glow Neos are the only decent Neos monster we have right now.
