Without switheroo, thunder dragon is useless.
Also, take out paladin, manju and rituals, and change them with one other kaiser.
Put in one other kaibaman and one econ instead of 1 cup of aces and soul exchange.
Change skill with restart.
Take out 2 cup of aces and insert 2 champion's vigilance.
I climbed to kog with this.
Definitely stick to 20-21 cards, I'd drop Cup of Ace and Supremacy Berry, leaving you at 19; adding one or two of the following cards would boost the deck's performance:
Windstorm of Etaqua (Mai level up reward)
Mirror Wall
Enemy Controller
Polymerization + Twin-Headed Thunder Dragon
Since you don't have Sonic Bird, Ritual Foregone might be interesting...
