My deck works got 7k assessment points, but it is not consistent because you can get your twisters out late, or he gets lucky. Rex Raptor with his famous skill 1x Vassal 1x Blue-Eyes White Dragon 3x Crawling Dragon #2 3x Two-Headed King Rex 3x Gravedigger Ghoul 3x Twister 2x union att 1x Secret Pass to the Treasure 3x Riryoku The thing that sucks is that he has so much cards you have to take care of, it is really hard to consistently farm him without (Still love you) Ryu. but the moment you are set against his soul exchanges and ectoplasm; he is a piece of cake. You need 1 monster with riryoku and twister for the best start of the game.

Hey there~ Nice list, and I thought up a way to deal with Soul Exchange and Ectoplasm.

-3x Twister
-3x Gravedigger Ghoul
+3x Exchange
+3x Armageddon Designator
+1x Interdimensional Matter Transporter

Please bear with me as I perform some armchair theorycrafting:

Set Designator. Play Exchange and take Ectoplasmer, Soul Exchange. Designator the card to prevent the use of for the rest of the duel.

Since you technically don't need 1900 ATK to beat anything in his deck, why not replace the Dinos with other strong monsters and run Balance instead? That'll increase your chances of starting with important spells like Twister and Gravedigger Ghoul. Harpie version might also work with Harpies to 🔥 Ectoplasmer.
