It's weird there is always yosenju deck reached DLv. Max while I'm struggling with it despite have all copies of the monster. Probably I'm missing last copies of sword's sting and only have 1 tenki. Also I don't have thunder spark dragon and utopia ray for non-target removal, atm. Currently using tellarknight but still struggling with this deck, but I found better at consistency than yosenju.
It's just a matter of keep trying, most decks can make it to dlv max eventually.
Keep in mind we don't really now how many wins it took to all these decks to reach the top
