This card doesnt allow to use eye of timeus on dark magician..WTF...even after activation

are you trying to counter a trap.....with a normal spell????

that's not how it works, normal spell is spell speed 1, it cannot respond to normal trap card which is spell speed 2

well if it's Karma Cut chained into Timaeus then it's obvious

Karma Cut resolve first, and Timaeus can't resolve properly because its target is now gone, and you can't summon with just Timaeus alone, you need the DM monster too
