Here's my version of a Destiny Board Deck. I don't think Mirror Wall is really necessary since your opponent is more than willing to lower your LP for you. If anything, keeping it above 0 is more tricky.

Thanks. It's gotten me to Gold 3. It might take me higher if it weren't for those dang server disconnect errors.
It's also a fun deck. I've gotten matched against a Daladus who was afraid to loose Umi, and a Harpie deck user who rage quit when I provoked them into kidnapping a face up Outstanding Dog or risk loosing relinquish to said dog.
First, draw out your opponent's monsters so all the slots are filled. Hint: Face down Magical reflect shield can draw a low atk harpie at minimal risk. This is a back row heavy Deck so being unable to summon more harpies is important.
Do not put any monster in attack mode at any point, especially cats ear. You do not want to risk killing your foe.
Skullmark is typically fodder for Wonder Balloons, and only takes the field early in the match if Pumpkin Princess is at or below 2 counters or Wonder Balloon isn't in play, so removing it from the field isn't usually an issue.
