Note that Kai beat iAmGjert with his Venus Atmosphere vs his Relinquished. That deck contains 15 cards out of packs compared to 9 cards out of packs for the Relinquished deck. Kai also has 26 cards total in his decks that are from packs (didn't count the Kuriboh twice). "you can't buy skill" Well that was a poor example to support that statement since Kai used more cards needing gems.
Also, you're implying that in a deck where outcomes are based on the luck of the draw, deck composition, matchups and plays that if you build a relinquished deck like that you're going to win 100% of your games? Good luck with that mentality
