I think Blue eyes will be excluded from tier list at all (Kog worthy)

They are helpless without Cosmo brain and so many decks today can destroy it with effects (Koaki Meiru for example and Offerings)

fair, but they actually have to draw those cards for them to stop it. there is never a guarantee that ur hand is built for a match up and that deck has many more tricky plays than ur giving it credit for
