Third already events, that would make a broken World release bad.
Fourth they would need a big balance due how and if they introduce Synchros.
But it will released before 2018 ends? I dont want to wait any further , i think synchros would be a great addition to this game. There is currently not much to do in duel links in my oppinion and with the addition of synchros the game would be more fun just imagine how many great ideas of new/good/funny/ meme decks would appear.

And there's the problem: It open up alot. Just a few SS(either hand or grave) + tuner = synchro. That need to be handled, else Synchro will be to fast.
But i dont understand why it would be to fast, indeed there would be many ways to special summon snychro monsters but you can floodgate/canadian/chalice them or the tuners, to prevent them a fast build up
They are many ways to special summon synchros very fast but there are also as many to prevent them. There is so much potential, I dont ask so op snychros such as trishula etc. but with the integration of synchros konami would open a new era of duel links that I can not wait any longer.THE HYPE IS F***ING REAL
5ds has so many funny and interesting decks such as Aesir,Blackwings(maybe to good for duel links,must not be integrated such as aesir) Stardust, junk warriors etc. and I think everyone will be satisfied when they add 5ds even those who are rejecting now the idea. We all know that komoney f**ked up many times maybe to many times but I still have faith in them and they will not f**k with this
I hope that they don't screw this up and have more unfinished deck types and bad rewards for the characters. 5ds and the synchro summoning system look like fun. However, if Konami screws this up, they could be in big trouble. I can tell that they are counting on this to save them and that is probably why they think they can get away with what has been going on.
So true. Thats a really annoying fact that sooooo many decks can not show there full potential because of the lack of support(cyber D etc.) Komoney are right now really in a terrible position and they should release 5ds as soon as possible to save there reputation and to satisfy us,the community
Exactly! But instead, we've gotten over a year of Konami and their stupid "I just don't think we are ready for such-and-such (insert name of powerful card) yet." If not now, then when? They are running out of time if this keeps up.
