Of course this effect is decent, remember the regular magent warrior Valkerion has only ability to revive its A, B, G from graveyard.

This guy haven't see the electromagnets effect, you can add all monsters required to your hand and field and gy only with one normal summon.

Definitely will be tier 2 at least.

Not to mention that all electromagnets have trigger effects when special summoned. Once berserkion special summoned, it'll keep snowballing.

I wouldn't say the deck struggles with consistency: the real issue, in my opinion, is that it runs out of fuel way too quickly.
